You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations across the entire club and leading our team in exceptional customer service and hospitality. Creating memorable experiences for our customers including problem solving complex operational issues and conflict management Provide leadership, coaching, development and performance feedback to all team members, including managing performance concerns, recognising exceptional performance, and supporting training and onboarding. Daily reporting requirements including providing insight into fluctuations in wages, wastage, stock and other cost contributors To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 12 months experience in leading and managing diverse teams with varying levels of experience within the hospitality industry. Experience with gaming is a must. Confidence to work independently and think on your feet to resolve issues and to manage tricky situations, remaining calm under pressure Exceptional verbal, written and digital communication with team and customers, including formal documentation and ability to have the ‘difficult’ conversations Knowledge of club operations and governing legislation Flexibility and availability across the operating hours of the club (6:30am-4am) Current RSA, RCG and ARCG certificates (or willingness to obtain) Who are we?
